Material Review Doesn’t Have to Be a Bottleneck

For health plans and marketing teams, material development is constant—but compliant review and approval is where delays happen.
From ANOCs and EOCs to sales materials, websites, and physician communications, every piece must meet CMS, state, and ACA requirements before it can go live. Without the right structure and expertise, review cycles become slow, fragmented, and prone to rework.
Why material review breaks down
Most organizations face the same challenges:
High volume of annual and ad hoc materials
Limited internal compliance bandwidth
Multiple stakeholders with unclear ownership
Last-minute review cycles that increase risk
Frequent regulatory updates requiring mid-cycle revisions
A more effective approach
Rebellis Group provides dedicated Sales & Marketing compliance SMEs who manage and streamline the material review process from start to finish.
Our approach includes:
Development and review of annual materials (ANOCs, EOCs, SBs, Provider & Pharmacy directories, Formularies)
Ad hoc compliance review for marketing and physician-facing content
Website compliance assessments
End-to-end lifecycle management, including HPMS submission and approvals
Centralized document management with full audit trail and version control
The result
Organizations gain a more efficient, controlled process that reduces rework, improves accuracy, and ensures materials are approved on time.
Material review doesn’t have to be reactive. With the right partner, it becomes a structured, reliable process that supports both compliance and speed to market.
Rebellis Group helps you get materials right the first time—so your team can stay focused on execution, not rework.
