Christy Lachicotte, PHR, SHRM-CP

Christy has been in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years, with 12+ years at the senior leadership level. Her experience spans the private, public, and non-profit sectors, and for the past 7 years she has been in the technology services and healthcare consulting space. Christy is known for her ability to quickly establish relationships, build inclusive environments, and bring creative solutions to the challenges that all employees and employers face.

Christy last served as the Vice President of Human Resources at a software and services firm providing innovative solutions to the public sector in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. In this role Christy was able to quickly assess the organization’s needs and implemented several new systems and processes, as well as elevated the HR department as a true advisor to Operations while creating effective partnerships within the Finance, Legal and IT departments to better serve the organization overall. Christy’s previous HR roles have been focused on helping companies manage the synergies of merger and acquisition activities.

Christy is a mentor in her community, has received numerous certifications, spoken at industry events, and has provided consulting and advisory services in the HR space. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati where she studied Psychology, and is a member of her local SHRM chapter, previously serving on the Board of Directors.
