Beth Matel is an established compliance professional with over 30 years of comprehensive healthcare regulatory and operational experience which includes Medicare Advantage compliance, enrollment and disenrollment operations, and client relationship development and management.

Beth has assisted health plans in developing compliance processes and corrective actions for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in response to audit conditions and findings, directed onsite and virtual focused audits, assessed new and existing plan readiness and compliance program effectiveness, produced Part C and Part D delegation oversight programs, assisted with large-scale member and marketing material review, directed application filings, and created and conducted focused trainings.

Beth is certified as a Healthcare Compliance Professional (HCP) by America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Trade Association.
