Amanda Klunk, RN

Amanda is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience, including 10 years in managed care and 9 years dedicated to Special Needs Plans (SNP). Her background includes quality oversight and clinical operations for both SNP and non-SNP populations within a national carrier, giving her a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and health plan performance.

Amanda has extensive expertise in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Models of Care, ensuring compliance with CMS standards and effective operational integration. Her experience also includes oversight of Part C and state reporting, creation and enhancement of quality frameworks, audit readiness support, and cross-departmental collaboration to drive improvements in care coordination and outcomes.
