Michael has established operations in 10 countries, created or improved multiple call centers, and is a proven process and technology expert. The majority of Michael's career has been in sales and support for healthcare, international field and phone support for high tech, and in support and recovery for government and finance entities.
Both as an executive and consultant, Michael has established support/sales/operations teams from scratch and has also led existing teams in improving processes and establishing infrastructure to support company growth and success. He has the ability to communicate the same message to board members and new hires in different and effective methods.
