Andrew Finkelstein, JD, CCEP, CHPC

Andrew is a seasoned compliance professional with nearly 20 years interdisciplinary health care interdisciplinary health care roles including compliance, risk management, and social and corporate governance.

He served as Chief Compliance Officer for Invo Healthcare, the leading national provider of behavioral health and other therapeutic services to individuals with special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. As Vice President of Compliance and Medicare Compliance Officer for Health Partners Plans, a not for profit and provider-owned managed care organization, Andrew was actively involved with all major initiatives impacting the organization's Medicare line of business and worked closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors. As Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer for Tufts Medical Center, Tufts Medical Centers Physician's Organization, and Tufts Children's Hospital, he was responsible for revitalizing the development and administration of a collective enterprise-wide Compliance and Privacy program. Andrew also served in corporate compliance management roles at Coventry Health Care and Maximus Federal Services (CMS Medicare FFS).

Andrew has published numerous articles on various aspects of healthcare compliance and law and has presented at industry conferences across the country. Andrew holds a Law Degree from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from Syracuse University. Additionally, he is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional with the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and is Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance through the Health Care Compliance Association. Andrew also serves as Adjunct Faculty for Delaware Law School's Masters of Jurisprudence program where he teaches an advanced level course on Healthcare Compliance and Ethics.
