Mae is a recognized leader in managed care operations and compliance management with over twenty-five years of experience in senior management and technical and consulting expertise in complete operational services and managed care product lines, including Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicaid, Dual Eligible, and Commercial.  Her experience with projects of all types and sizes includes system implementations, program development and management, operational assessments, MA implementations, Medicaid expansion implementations, audits, data management, interim management, configuration, and strategic planning.

Mae’s operational and technical focus allows her to understand and act upon business and technical issues at both the project and enterprise levels.  Mae is a seasoned leader who continually leverages operational and technical functional components into effective business process improvements, ensuring the successful integration of people, process, and technology.  Mae has experience in large-scale systems implementations with Facets™, QNXT™, ikaSystems, HealthEdge, Epic Tapestry, and EZ-CAP.

Mae has been a Vice President of Claims for a national health system, leading initiatives to streamline processes, consolidate operations, and improve service levels. She maintains a successful record in supporting prestigious clients and employers renowned in the healthcare industry.
