Jordan Flynn brings over 26 years of experience ensuring healthcare organizations navigate complex compliance and regulatory landscapes with precision and integrity. Jordan’s vast expertise includes board governance, organizational risk management, pre-contracting due diligence and vendor management/delegation oversight programs, training and education, new product/plan implementations, developing policies/procedures, fraud, waste and abuse prevention programs and audit readiness activities.
Jordan has held a variety of compliance leadership roles at multiple health plans, including Chief Compliance Officer positions. Jordan also served as a plan vendor VP & Chief Compliance Officer, where she gained valuable knowledge from the delegated entity perspective, supporting a variety of health plan clients. Jordan also previously held compliance consulting positions at both PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Gorman Health Group (GHG).
Jordan graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies.
