Thomas Dowdle

Thomas is an experienced managed care leader with 13 years of experience working in a Medicare Advantage plan.  His key areas of expertise include Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, risk adjustment, clinical quality, pharmacy, value-based contracting, customer outreach, and vendor management.  He has extensive experience leading HEDIS on a national scale with a consistent track record of superior results.

Thomas previously was at Cigna Healthcare Medicare where he held various roles in Medicare Stars, HEDIS, risk adjustment, and quality.  Most recently, he served as Director of HEDIS and Part D Stars and held responsibility for strategy and performance of those domains for the organization.  Thomas holds an MBA in Global Business Strategy and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Alabama.
