Pamela Garanger


Pam brings over 35 years of healthcare and consumer research experience.   Prior to consulting, Pam worked at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey for over 25 years where she was responsible for enterprise-wide member experience strategy research and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.  She managed design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative market research to provide consumer insights to drive customer experience strategy and guide business development insights for Sales, Marketing, Brand Positioning, Strategic Planning, Healthcare Management, and Communications.   She was also responsible for research from the provider, employer, broker, and office manager perspective.  Pam and her team helped guide the successful launch of a new Medicare Advantage plan, including research to support product development, brand, advertising, marketing, and customer experience. 

Prior to Horizon, Pam worked at Market Measures where she was responsible for sales and management of multi-client physician research for the pharmaceutical industry as well as Maritz Research.

Pam has a BA in Business Administration from William Paterson University and an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
