Nancy Mozes

Nancy is a Senior Business and Technology Leader with over 30 years of experience in healthcare payer and provider operations, focusing on Medicare Advantage, ACA, Medicaid, and commercial lines.  Her experience aligns business objectives with IT strategies, developing roadmaps, and driving digital transformation to enhance product delivery while ensuring risk management, data security, and regulatory compliance.

Nancy began her career in health plan operations in various roles, including Member Services, Provider Relations, Billing, and Medicare Claims Administration, before transitioning to IT. As Senior IT Manager she led digital transformation initiatives for Sales, Marketing, and the Broker Community, notably implementing ACA exchanges and redesigning the online shopping experience, which significantly boosted sales and enrollments.

As Director of Application Development, Nancy improved HEDIS performance by 55%, securing $150 million in incentive bonuses by elevating STARS ratings from 3 to 5. She managed projects focused on Tele-Health, Population Health systems, and a new Care Management platform.

Her initiatives include Cloud migration, AI-enabled platforms for Clinical Quality and HEDIS, Salesforce CRM and Portals, and new Broker Portal and Commissions systems, among many others.  Her expertise in strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management empowers her to manage complex IT projects effectively. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with honors from the University of Phoenix and is a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma Process Redesign.
