Mike has over 17 years of experience in Medicare Advantage and Part D enrollment and billing operations, as well as technology implementation and process improvement.  Having held roles with local and national health plans, technology solution and consulting organizations, Mike works collaboratively with his clients bringing a focus on process improvement. 


Mike has led multi-functional teams to implement innovative technology and re-engineer processes in enrollment, member management, and appeals and grievances resulting in improved operational efficiencies for enrollment processing timeliness, written evaluations and resolving of appeals and grievances.


Mike’s experience using a variety of methods has assisted clients in improved use of data and analytics resulting in improved compliance with CMS regulations, application timeliness and reduction of appeals and grievances, improved enrollment rates and reduction in required staffing.
