Melanie is a highly accomplished and visionary healthcare leader with 25+ years of experience in program and product development, health plan operations, and clinical quality program development and management, supporting health plan accreditation, HEDIS, Medicare Stars, and P4P programs. She has worked for local and national health plans developing programs to support operations and quality improvement activities for Medicare, Medicaid, ACA and Commercial lines of business.
