Megan brings over 10 years of experience in health plan operations and compliance management in operational domains such as claims, organization determinations, benefit configuration, and provider pricing.  Megan's expertise includes risk adjustment data validation (RADV) audits and data management engagements and she has worked extensively in data analysis used to conduct operational risk assessments.   

Megan is skilled at enhancing and optimizing business processes to ensure growth and success by evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.  She has provided leadership, project management, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.  Her learning and training program experience includes working with both management and staff cross-functionally and enterprise-wide across administrative, financial, and operational areas at provider and health plan organizations.
