Kimeka Young

Kimeka is an experienced Medicare health plan specialist with a demonstrated ability to manage large scale audits and cross-functional teams. She has 13 years’ experience with one of the top five national health plans managing audits, including Sarbanes Oxley, Financial and Risk Adjustment audits.

Kimeka’s experience in audit processing, research, regulatory interpretation, analysis and critical thinking has lead teams through challenging projects with great success. She has provided oversight and accountability for complex and time sensitive projects in various projects requiring data migration and data analysis. Her ability to develop effective communication plans with health plan teams, vendors, CMS auditors and executive leadership makes her a valuable member of project teams.
