Juila Lupinacci

Julia brings over 15 years of Medicare Advantage experience involving large Program Implementations, focusing on software to enhance health plan operations.  These successful implementations have covered a wide range of functional areas including Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Benefit configuration and provider pricing for multiple health care plan clients. 

Julia is skilled at program leadership, responsible for implementation of new software solutions and process improvements to ensure business growth and success, as well as ensuring compliance with CMS requirements.  She works across all impacted areas to define requirements, identify areas for improvement, and design, develop, and implement solutions. She has had staff leadership roles across multiple health plan operational areas and has improved staff engagement and operational efficiencies.  Her expertise includes collaborating with executive management and cross-functional teams, and enterprise-wide across IT, financial, and operational areas within health plan organizations. 

In addition, she has vendor management experience within the Enterprise Risk Adjustment department responsible for Medicare Advantage health plan risk score improvement.  She has managed multiple vendor contract agreements and has ensured all parties adhere to their responsibilities. 

Julia is a certified Project Management Professional and has additional experience in project management within various IT software organizations.
