Jessica has over 14 years of experience in the Medicare Advantage space, with subject matter expertise in Enrollment, Reconciliation, and Premium Billing Operations.  Her background in operations leadership has centered around compliance, efficiency, scalability, and professional development. In addition to Jessica's operations and leadership experience, she is well-versed in CMS audit activities, including developing focused presentation skills and specializing in clear communications and managed messaging.

Jessica’s project management experience includes enrollment process automation and development of comprehensive training programs with delivery materials and procedural documents. She has participated in a wide range of cross-functional workgroups focused on process improvement, enhancing plan compliance, and improving the overall customer experience. She is a seasoned translator in cross-functional interaction and bridging gaps in knowledge and skillsets from various groups to facilitate efficient and effective collaboration.
