Erin has over 20 years of experience in patient care units performing care management while working directly with patients, families, and their care teams. She is an expert in developing, evaluating, and implementing care plans designed to enhance health, wellness, and independence. Erin is skilled at directing quality case management and efficient operations by utilizing scope and standards of practice and following an organization’s philosophy and mission while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Her leadership experience includes training of new staff, continuing education training, regulatory policy and procedural implementation, and the development of quality plans.
Erin has prepared multiple facilities for the Joint Commission inspections and Accreditation renewal through a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and development of an actionable accreditation and quality plan to meet and exceed expected clinical standards. During Erin’s years of clinical, technical, analytical, and leadership experience, she has demonstrated a commitment to quality, displayed innovative thinking, and practiced fiscal responsibility.
Erin worked as a Medical Assistant for 11 years, and later obtained her Phlebotomy certificate and CNA license. She also served as an adjunct instructor at Baltimore Community College, where she realized a passion for teaching and education.
