Audrey Godelia

Audrey has 30 years of comprehensive healthcare experience, working with various health plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial products. She’s also assisted with the creation and implementation of two Medicare Advantage health plans. Audrey consults with IPAs, MSOs, and providers in practice management with expertise in strategic planning, operational management, network operations, contract negotiation, delegation oversight, auditing and monitoring.

Her experience includes health plan mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and start-up and network expansions holding roles as Executive Vice President of Operations, Chief Operations Officer and Compliance Officer at MAPDs.

Audrey’s scope of work includes provider network development, provider relations, provider data management and contract configuration, member services and member satisfaction, grievances and appeals, claims operations and compliance.  Audrey has been involved in health plan filing applications, HSD preparation and submissions, bid development, PBM implementation, pay for performance, STARS, HEDIS, HCC/RAF and quality improvement, engagement and recoveries while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Audrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration.
