Her technical background includes HEDIS, Star Ratings, CAHPS, Disease Management, Quality Management initiatives, Accreditation preparation, and working for both the payor and healthcare provider for the following populations: Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, DSNP, Commercial on national, regional and market levels.
Amy has extensive experience creating documentation and repositories, taking a baseline of administrative knowledge to affect training curriculums for onboarding, software systems, and program processes across the healthcare spectrum. Her ability to translate data and regulatory language into presentations and narratives drives actionable insights for MA plans.
