Albert is an experienced health care professional with a focus on the tertiary facility, physician provider, and managed care/payor spaces. With more than 35 years of leadership experience, Albert’s areas of expertise include organization/operational assessment, budget and revenue cycle review and augmentation to include clinical service line development and implementation, global performance improvement assessment and implementation of initiatives to achieve enhanced performance and quality, medical management process review and audit services, program integrity, compliance, and global quality assessment.
Albert holds a diploma in Professional Nursing from Our Lady of the Lake School of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University in New Orleans, and an MBA-HCM from the University of Phoenix.
